The franchising code of conduct for any franchise owner

It’s simple. Do the things that your franchisor (the expert) sets out in your franchise agreement and manual, at the right rate with the right attitude.

 

This will bring you maximum success and, worst case, will enable you to engage in constructive discussion with your franchisor.

 

When choosing your franchise look at the systems and that have been set out and ask yourself two questions:

 

  • Do they cover all aspects of the business?
  • Can I see myself implementing them?

 

The systems and processes that make up a robust franchise model are there for a reason: they work. Following them is your path to success.
