Life Lessons For any Age
I came across an article about Regina Brett who is now 90 years of age, and looking very well with it! But it isn’t her current age that you will find most interesting, it’s the fact that at 45 she was diagnosed with Cancer and it took her toll, so she decided to write down her life lessons. The truth is she isn’t 90 she is in fact 54, all of a sudden her wisdom doesn’t seem that great, right?
The interesting thing is that people took heed of her life lessons as a 90 year old and often ask her what her secrets are. To be frank it doesn’t matter whether you middle aged or old aged, if you can take some of these lessons on board they might actually knock years off you!
Below are some of Regina’s life lessons. Every one of them is a sticker on a car or a magnet on a fridge, but I wonder how many actually become a way of living for members of our species?!
